Class times each day:  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with lunch break and breaks in the AM and PM sessions.  (NOTE:  Students choosing this WEEKENDS-ONLY option will attend the weekend days out of two of our monthly Fast Track Classes. Class attendance will be in this sequence of the six days: 1,2,5,6,3,4.) Contact our school administrator if you need any assistance. 

Students completing the full 40-hour class earn the Education Certificate that allows them to take Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's Exam.

Approved and certified by the Massachusetts Board of Professional Licensure, our 40-hour pre-licensure course not only fulfills your education requirement—it also prepares you to pass the exam! 

This 40-hour course is LIVE and online presented by instructor Michael Albano, whose reviews you may have seen online and led you here! Attendance requirements: ability to watch on a device with strong internet connection; viewing on a computer desktop/laptop is preferable to a phone due to whiteboard text and illustrations.
