Meet your Continuing Education requirement the easy way – by watching our online video courses when it’s convenient for you.
Our 12-hour suite for 12 credits for one great price includes 6 Continuing Education modules. Upon completion, you will receive your 12-hour certificate. If you need an Ethics module (length of the required 2.5 hours) for your Realtor(R) association, it is included here!
Course modules included in our Ethics Course Pack:
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE PROFESSIONAL ETHICS FOR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE (2.5 hour class) RE33RC11 (2 credit hours)
TECHNOLOGY & REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE RE32RC21 (2 credit hours)
THE RESIDENTIAL APPRAISAL PROCESS RE26RC20 (2 credit hours)
ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUES RE63RC10 (2 credit hours)
FINANCING RE25RC08 (2 credit hours)
BROKERAGE RELATIONSHIPS RE57507 (2 hours)
Earn points for each video you watch to completion. Each Continuing Ed online module (course topic) is comprised of more than one chapter and you earn credits for each. Once you’ve accumulated 12 credit hours worth of points, you’ve met your requirement and can order your certificate. A box will pop up above your library when you reach 100% and you check your legal name and fill in your real estate license number. Email yourself your certificate and keep it handy for future reference.
Please note that you cannot fast-forward through parts of videos you have not yet watched. If you need to log off or pause, the video bookmark feature will save your spot… so you can resume right where you left off. To help you plan, each segment is about 40 minutes. Please note, each class is granted 2 credit hours though Ethics is the required 2.5 hours and the Technology and Appraisal modules run a bit longer than 2 hours.
You have access for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase to complete your 12-hour suite. You have 1 certificate per order. (If you'd like to take the courses individually, we have that option, too! Just look for the button for INDIVIDUAL COURSES on our Continuing Education page.)
