Class times each day:  9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Day includes lunch break and short break in AM and PM session.

Students completing the full 40-hour class earn the Education Certificate that allows them to take Massachusetts Real Estate Broker's Exam.

Approved and certified by the Massachusetts Board of Professional Licensure (school license #1214), our 40-hour broker's pre-licensure course not only fulfills your education requirement—it also prepares you to pass the exam! 

This 40-hour live by Zoom course is presented by instructor Michael Albano, whose reviews you may have seen online and led you here.

Attendance requirements: attendance online by Zoom fulfilled by being on camera the full 40 hours.

Requirements:  1) You must have a current MA salesperson's license; 2) You must have been an active agent for 3 years at a minimum working for 25/week. Broker application will also include:  the certificate from the 40-hour class that verifies attendance; a notarized CORI form; a broker's bond (generally $50); and a signature from employee broker to vouch for affiliation requirements.
