Class times each of the six days:  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with lunch break and breaks in the AM and PM sessions.  

Students completing the full 40-hour class earn the Education Certificate that allows them to take Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson's Exam.

Attendance requirements: ability to watch on a device with strong internet connection; viewing on a computer desktop/laptop is preferable to a phone due to whiteboard text and illustrations.
