TO RENEW YOUR REAL ESTATE LICENSE IN MASSACHUSETTS:  You can begin the process to renew your real estate license up to 90 days before your expiration date. If the Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons has your current license, you may get a letter with renewal instructions.
